Bury Youth Theatre

Our very own youth theatre is a supportive environment where young people come together to learn new skills and create their own shows. Led by highly trained professional facilitators, Bury Youth Theatre can help young people find their first steps on the path to a career in the performing arts, or simply provide a creative outlet.All groups are open to new members for September.The group structure is:??Juniors (school years): Our primary age group which started in lockdown and has grown from strength to strength.??Seniors (age 11+): This is our long-standing Wednesday night youth theatre. Specialising in creating devised theatre, exploring improvisation, physical and vocal skills, scriptwriting and more, this group helps young people explore theatre skills in a safe and supportive environment.Parents and carers are welcome to request a copy of our Safeguarding policy by emailing education@themet.org.uk.If your child is interested in learning more and joining BYT as a new member please email education@themet.org.uk.Supported by
