Canal Street Kings was founded by Wolfy - The King of Canal Street, after his drag father the drag king extraordinaire Valentino King passed away.
For many years Wolfy and Valentino had been the only working drag kings in Manchesters gay village, a community that boasts inclusivity, but had no other drag kings despite showcasing hundreds of queens.
Teaming up with The Vicar's Daughter and TK Maxximus, they are on a mission to put drag kings on every stage by facilitating drag king workshops, collaborating events and running their own cabaret. First in Manchester, then, the world!
