We heard that our grown-ups were interested in yoga too so we have created this class for children 8+ and adults together!It is a playful take on an adult yoga class with breathwork, stretching, yoga positions, maybe some dance and definitely some relaxation.Come bend, stretch, and meditate with Gilly! This class is designed for you to come along with your child or move and relax while they are in another session!No previous experience is needed. Mats are provided.This session is led by?Gilly:
