One of the UK’s most successful singer-songwriters, multi-Platinum selling London R&B star Gabrielle spent three weeks at no.1 with her debut single "Dreams" in 1993.
Her distinctive vocal gift – one that flourishes with equal measures of soul and emotion - also helped score her another no.1 single with "Rise" in 2000 and the Top 10 hits "If You Ever" (duet with East 17), "Out of Reach", "Give Me a Little More Time", "Sunshine", "When a Woman", "Walk On By", "Going Nowhere" and "Don't Need the Sun to Shine (To Make Me Smile)".

It took some time to get to grips with who the characters were and what they were talking about but all was made clear in time. All the actors took their parts really well and the set was very attractive. The show is really for an audience who enjoys early 20th century farces and unfortunately the number of people who did not return after the interval showed this to be true.

A lovely surprise when curtains opened to a beautiful set of a cruise liner very Art Deco in appearance but not sure the play deserved the set. Not one of Tom Stoppard's best works for sure. Charlie Stemp did a great job as the liner steward with some of the funniest lines. If farces are your kind of theatre then you will enjoy the show as it is well done and very attractive to look at
