Julia Fordham

California-based, Hayling Island jazz and pop singer-songwriter Julia Fordham returns to the UK for her first headline tour in seven years.

Performing an array of her classic songs including Happy Ever After, Where Does The Time Go, Porcelain, Girlfriend, Love Moves (In Mysterious Ways) and Manhattan Skyline alongside songs from her forthcoming album.

Her professional career started in the early 1980s, under the name "Jules Fordham", as a backing singer for Mari Wilson and Kim Wilde, before signing a recording contract of her own later that decade scoring a Top 20 hit in 1992 with "(Love Moves in) Mysterious Ways".

Julia was recently seen as part of the all female group Woman to Woman featuring Judie Tzuke and Beverley Craven, releasing an acclaimed album and selling in excess of 50,000 tickets on their UK tour.

Known the world over for her stunningly rich voice and intelligent and heartfelt lyrics, Julia has worked with esteemed producer Larry Klein and collaborated with such artists as Paul Reiser, Michael McDonald and India Arie.
