Manchester University Music Society - Welcome Concert
Come see MUMS Freshers Symphony Orchestra and Freshers Chorus kick off a fantastic year of concerts with fun and exciting rep, and you can celebrate International Older Person’s Day with a FREE ticket for all over 60s.
Freshers Chorus will start the concert with ‘Good Night, Dear Heart’ by Dan Forrest. ‘Symphony of Psalms’ by Stravinsky will follow as they are joined by the Freshers Symphony Orchestra. The concert will finish with Sibelius’ 2nd Symphony.
Experience the Music society’s Freshers’ Symphony Orchestra and Chorus right here in the heart of campus in a dedicated music and drama venue, the Martin Harris Centre.
