Matilda Mann

From lyrics pencilled in her diary and playing demos on the kitchen speaker, to writing songs in the mountains of the Peak District and a light-filled apartment in Archway, young West London indie-folk musician Matilda Mann was inspired by Laura Marling, The Staves, Wet Leg, watching music documentaries with her father, and the film track “Juno”.
Her music is a living, breathing portrayal of the bittersweet transition to adulthood, capturing love in its myriad forms, with songs as varied as their subjects, but tied all together by classic lyrics – witty, wise and leaving you wondering what else she meant.
