October Half Term Drama Day

Does your child love performing? Are you looking for theatre to make your little one?s half term? Children aged 6-10 are invited to join us for a fun-filled day of drama and all things fun where they will have the chance to create their own brand-new piece of performance.Over the day children will be able to:This year we have a very special day planned as we are collaborating with Bury Art Museum and taking a trip to go and see their newest arrival, Lowry?s Going to the Match. If your little one is football mad, this is certainly for them! All participants will arrive at 10am at The Met for lots of games and introductions before heading over to the gallery at 11am. After an hours activity session and seeing the art work, we?ll head back to The Met for lunch and spend the rest of the day creating lots of theatre football fun! All of this will be delivered and facilitated by long time Met facilitator Madeleine who runs Bury Youth Theatre Juniors and Aiming High, and our very own Engagement and Access Officer, Joel! The day will run 10am-4pm with breaks for snacks and lunch (children should bring their own packed lunches). Secure your place through the booking link.
