We chatted to Connor Darren James and Marucia Ferreira who are playing the main characters, Zack and Sofia in a new immersive production, The Engagement Party. Taking place at Queen Elizabeth Hall in Oldham from February 18th to 22nd 2025.
We’re hosting The Engagement Party of lifetime – and you’re all invited!
Meet Zack, a nature-loving foodie, and Sofia, a passionate city-loving girl. Their unexpected love story began in a chicken shop in Oldham, but as their relationship flourishes, so do their differences.
Guests gather for their engagement party, but the happy couple are nowhere to be seen! Tensions rise, and the live band and entertainment must keep the party going amid growing chaos. Will a heated showdown between friends and family lead to disaster, or can love conquer all?
Packed with love, laughter, and a good dose of drama, this immersive performance is a perfect mix of Coronation Street and Britain’s Got Talent, complete with an epic soundtrack to get you dancing in your seat.
