We chatted to CEO's Jo Fisher and Sue Hibbert about the venue they set up in January 2017 called The Empty Space located in Salford near Media City.

The Empty Space Theatre; a black box venue available for hire. They offer substantial space for performers and audiences but retain an intimate feel.

Situated close to the MediaCityUK, the venue boasts free parking and good transport links. They've welcomed audiences to plays, comedies, musicals, & more. The theatre space is ideal for theatre shows, event hire, or conferences. With access to a projector, stage lighting and speaker system. The theatre has a capacity of 155 people. ​

The theatre space is fully adaptable. The seating bank can be collapsed so that the venue can be used for parties, weddings or large workshop events.

​The venue also has an upstairs meeting room and rehearsal space available for hire. The upstairs meeting room has a capacity of 20 people. It is perfect for a rehearsal, a workshop or a meeting. The upstairs room is also included when you hire the full theatre. The room is fully air-conditioned.

They also have Eats Cafe which is a perfect place to visit for delicious food and drink - a perfect hub for the local community to hang out and feel safe.
