We interviewed Millie Hikasa (playing the character, Lettie Hempstock) and Keir Ogilvy (playing Boy) who star in The Ocean at the End of the Lane at The Lowry, Salford on Wednesday 4th to Saturday 7th October 2023.
Following a phenomenal 4-weeks in December, the National Theatre‘s major new stage adaptation The Ocean at the End of the Lane returns to The Lowry for one week only this October due to overwhelming demand.

Returning to his childhood home, a man finds himself standing beside the pond of the old Sussex farmhouse where he used to play. He’s transported to his 12th birthday when his remarkable friend Lettie claimed it wasn’t a pond, but an ocean – a place where everything is possible…
