Diana Ross began her career as a member of The Supremes – who, with their unique Motown pop sound, became one of the most successful groups of the 1960s.
Following the group's demise, she struck out as a solo artist, achieving a No.1 single in 1970 with Ain't No Mountain High Enough. Since then, she has never looked back, notching up a string of hit albums and singles including Endless Love, Why Do Fools Fall In Love and Chain Reaction.
